I'm way up in Pennsylvania but my wife somehow discovered Apocalypse Coffee Roasters and got me a variety pack for Christmas 2025 and I am hooked. My favorite roasts are medium light and they have multiple varieties that are just KILLER. Their beans are always super freshly roasted unlike store bought or big brand coffees which are often stale. Another must for my coffee is that it's organic and fair trade and this fits the bill there as well. They offer subscription but they have so many to flavors I like and often have excellent seasonal varieties so enjoy going to their site and custom ordering when I'm getting low. I also like the stickers they send which might end up in prominent places to strike other people's attention 😉 I highly recommend!

Amazing!!!! First time here and I can tell that you want to stop here for a coffee, and if you hungry or curving for sweets, this is the place. It’s very rear to find this kind of place. Nice setup, beautiful decor, perfect atmosphere. Definitely will come again! For today we have Iced Caramel Crisis and hot Purple Utopia.

Went here with my some family for the first time today. The place was not too busy when we arrived, but soon filled up after we sat down. Ordered some drinks, Matcha and strawberry latte, mushrooms cloud with espresso, and another coffee drink. All iced and all very tasty. Love the smooth taste of the coffee and the additions are tasty as well. There is a vast selection of coffee, drinks, teas, lemonade and others. Moving on to the food menu. We selected Terrestrial Teriyaki, avocado toast, and Orions bagel, and the Sputnik avocado toast. All tasty, freshly made, bagel was fresh, greens crisp and the gorgonzla on the toast very fresh. There food choices are also enough with a little bit for everyone. The interior has nice areas to sit, including tables, couches and sitting chairs. There is an area the has vintage clothing for sale, also areas throughout that sell the AC brand of mugs, shirts and other items. Bagged coffee in all different flavors and blends are also for sale. It is obviously a busy place and quite popular locally. I recommend it for the coffee and food, all reasonably priced. You also know exactly where it is coming from and made. Love the atmosphere and service also. 10/10

An excellent stop for serious coffee lovers 🔥 We discovered this place almost instinctively while driving toward Orlando, simply looking for a really good coffee and it turned out to be a great decision. I only had my coffee to go, but the quality of the beans immediately stood out. The coffee is bold, full-bodied, and incredibly well-balanced. What really impressed me was the aftertaste: a beautiful smoky, roasted note that lingers in the mouth and gives a deep, satisfying sensation. I genuinely enjoy strong coffees with real character, and this one delivered perfectly. It was so good that I ended up getting a second one to take with me on the road. Special mention to Erin (apologies if I misheard the name) for the great advice and professionalism while helping me choose and handling my coffee requests. That kind of attention truly makes a difference. This place clearly shares the spirit of great independent roasters: focus on quality, craftsmanship, and honest coffee. Highly recommended if you’re passing through the area, and as always, support local businesses and don’t forget to tip. This address is absolutely worth the stop.

We stopped in at Apocalypse Coffee Roasters while visiting the Melbourne area, at the recommendation of a nearby shopkeeper and glad we did. We wanted to pick up some good mojo to try with our Sunrise Bread Company coffee cake muffins. They had an awesome variety of craft coffee to choose from. We ended up trying some of their "Uprising" which is a seasonal blend. It is described as full bodied and bold with rich cocoa and toffee. The cafe itself had a great vibe with lots of different sitting areas, and the facility was clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even ground our coffee. They also had a gift shop where you can pick up an Apocalypse souvenir. If you are in the area and enjoy a good morning brew it is worth the stop.

This coffee shop was the best! One of our favorite parts of our trip to Melbourne. The vibes and atmosphere and decor are on point. It’s a beautiful and spacious location! Lots of room to sit and relax, read, work, or chat with friends while you drink your coffee. My husband and I got donuts that were delicious. He loved his coffee and I had an incredible banana matcha. Staff was so beyond friendly and welcoming and helpful! We bought some of their coffee to take home, and thankfully they were able to grind it for us which was a big help. Plenty of parking all around the building. Great merch selection. Loved our visit here! Amazing spot!

I came in at around 11am on a Monday morning. I had originally ordered online and was quoted a 45 minute wait however I got a notification 5 minutes later saying it was ready! When I got there, there was 0 parking so I ended up waiting for someone to come out so I could take their spot. I was worried with the original wait time and waiting for a parking spot my iced coffee would be warm. When I came inside there was no line and service was amazing! They actually waited to make my iced coffee until I was in the building even tho I ordered online which I was so happy about. The coffee only took a minute and it was super fresh. I got the bagel sandwich which was also very fresh and delicious. Over all this place is 5 stars all around. Super cute interior with lots of sitting space as well as an outdoor patio. Nice staff and delicious food/drink. This place is worth all the hype and there’s no wonder there’s no parking!! Will definitely be back :)
